Welcome to the autumnal awakening of college lacrosse — fall ball.

From mid-September through October, your favorite teams return to the field for a period of self-discovery. New rules are in play, freshmen and transfers look to make their mark, coaches emphasize skills and teambuilding, players returning from injuries try to shake off the rust and we get to ruminate on what it all means when the real games start in the spring.
