Adelphi is rolling. After losing its second game of the season to Lynn, the Panthers have ripped off six straight wins. They slowly moved their way up the top 10, but Saturday’s result was the highlight of the season for this team. Adelphi led 11-5 in the third quarter and held on to upset No. 3 Merrimack — a win that catapulted it up to No. 4 in this week’s rankings.
Outside of that game, there were a lot of changes in this week’s top 20.

HOT
Adelphi (+3)
Adelphi was hot last week, but the win over Merrimack added a little more clarity as to how good this team can be. With how hot the Panthers are right now, there’s no reason to believe they can’t keep rolling. Matchups with Le Moyne and NYIT await in late April.
Lenoir-Rhyne (+2)
Lenior-Rhyne lost the first game of the season to Limestone by 11 goals. It wasn’t a great way to get things going, but the Bears have made up for it with nine straight wins. Most of the victories came against inferior opponents, but Saturday’s win over Belmont was season-defining. This team continues to move up.
NOT
Saint Leo (-4)
Maybe Saint Leo was ranked higher than it should have been a few weeks back, but it has now lost two of out of three games, to Rollins and Florida Southern. Neither team was in the rankings when they beat Saint Leo, so it doesn’t reflect very well. Still, at 8-3, there’s time to right the ship.
Lindenwood (-4)
It hasn't been a great two weekends for Lindenwood, which rose as high as No. 3, but has lost to Limestone and Indianapolis in consecutive weekends. The loss to Limestone can be forgiven, but a four-goal effort in the Indianapolis game doesn't look good. The Lions might be struggling, but the schedule eases up from this point on.
NEW
Rollins
In the revolving door that is the end of the top 20, Rollins has made another appearance. With a win over Saint Leo, the Tars jumped over other teams waiting for their chances to crack the rankings. Yes, Rollins has five losses, but each came to a team that’s currently in the top 20. That’s not something many other teams receiving votes can say.
OUT
Wingate
Wingate jumped to No. 20 last week, but fell to Queens last Wednesday. This team still has plenty of potential going forward, but Rollins was just better this week. Saint Anselm (Pace) and Bentley (Southern New Hampshire) both lost as well, but Wingate’s loss came to a team out of the rankings. If there was a “Next Team Out” category, Wingate would fill it.
