Amherst senior attackman Evan Wolf, the reigning NESCAC Player of the Year, has been named the Warrior/US Lacrosse Division III Men’s Preseason Player of the Year.

Wolf headlines arguably the nation’s best attack unit, one that produced 252 points last year. The senior’s progression throughout his Amherst career is quite remarkable, trending to a 53-goal, 31-assist campaign in 2018. The returning first-team All-American will have plenty of opportunities to capitalize in 2019 with elite faceoff specialist Dylan Finazzo feeding that potent attack that also features Colin Minicus and Jon Coffey.

Amerst is ranked No. 3 in the Nike/US Lacrosse Division III Men’s Top 20.
