The Big Ten Network has announced that it will air 28 men’s and women’s college lacrosse games this season, beginning with a pair of outstanding matchups this weekend.
On Saturday, top-ranked Loyola visits Rutgers in men’s lacrosse and the game will air at 2 p.m. On Sunday, No. 2 Maryland hosts No. 3 North Carolina in women’s lacrosse at 12 p.m. on the Big Ten Network.
The Big Ten Network will air all six games of the league’s championship tournaments in early May. The men’s semifinals are set for May 2 with the championship game airing in primetime on May 4. The women’s semifinals will be held May 3 with the championship game slated for May 5.
The broadcast schedule includes 14 men’s games and 14 women’s games, and features a quadruple header on April 27. That busy Saturday includes a pair of doubleheaders with Rutgers visiting Penn State in men’s and women’s games and then will be capped off with the men’s and women’s teams from Johns Hopkins visiting Maryland.
