Cathy Reese is one of the sport's most decorated coaches and often appears to be one of most relaxed with her Maryland team. She's built a dynasty as head coach in College Park to the tune of five national championships and is still as motivated as when she took over for Cindy Timchal in 2007.
Reese embraces the individuality of each of her players, allowing them to take chances and have fun while chasing NCAA titles. It's how she enjoyed her college experience, winning four straight national championships with Maryland.
