Big Ten Network Women's Lacrosse Schedule Includes At Least 17 Games on TV
ROSEMONT, Ill. — The 2023 women’s lacrosse season will feature 14 regular season games and the 2023 Big Ten women’s lacrosse tournament semifinal and championship carried on the BTN and ESPN networks.
BTN announced its 2023 coverage of Big Ten women’s lacrosse, televising at least 17 games, including three postseason matchups, and streaming dozens of other games on BTN Plus. Additional regular season events may be added to the schedule at a later date.
Women’s lacrosse coverage on BTN will begin on March 16, as No. 17 Michigan visits No. 4 Northwestern, as both the Wolverines and Wildcats will make four appearances on BTN. No. 2 Maryland, No. 8 Rutgers and Penn State will also make three appearances on BTN.
ESPNU will also broadcast three contests, beginning with Northwestern’s home contest against No. 1 North Carolina on March 19. The instate showdown between Maryland and No. 20 Johns Hopkins will air on ESPNU on April 5, with Northwestern at Ohio State to air 10 days later.
