For the third straight week, there’s a new team sitting atop the WCLA Division II coaches poll.
CSU San Marcos, one of three undefeated teams, moves up one spot to take over the No 1 position. The Cougars (9-0) occupy the top spot for the first time this season.
No. 2 Boise State (11-0) also inched up one position after recording three victories last week. The Broncos had owned the top spot in the first three rankings of the 2024 season before slipping two spots last week.
Last week’s No. 1 team, Cal Poly, dropped two spots this week to fall into a tie with Vermont Club at No. 3.
No. 6 Providence, No. 8 Concordia and No. 9 New Hampshire all jumped into the top 10 this week.
No. 16 Air Force and No. 19 Tampa Club are the newcomers in this week’s ranking, replacing Portland State and Florida Gulf Coast.
