Meaghan Tyrrell Signs Multi-Year Deal with Gait Lacrosse

Altamont, N.Y. — Gait Lacrosse is excited to announce a multi-year agreement with 2022 Tewaaraton Award finalist and Syracuse women’s lacrosse standout Meaghan Tyrrell.
“I am so excited to be a part of Gait Lacrosse,” Tyrrell said. “Having the opportunity to represent the brand that has helped me elevate my game is going to be an incredible experience.”
Off to an incredible start of her final season at Syracuse, Tyrrell has nine goals and 16 assists for a total of 25 points in just three games and has made the 2023 Tewaaraton Award Watch List. Tyrrell finished her 2022 season with 111 points, the fifth-highest single-season total in Syracuse women’s lacrosse program history.
A member of the U.S. women’s Sixes team, she competed at The World Games 2022 in Birmingham, Ala., winning a silver medal.
“We are thrilled to have another extremely talented and hard-working player like Meaghan as a part of our team,” Gait Lacrosse owner Paul Gait said. “We are looking forward to seeing what she will accomplish this season and beyond.”
Gait Lacrosse launched in the fall of 2019 with women’s lacrosse gear and a small assortment of men’s equipment. Now with a full suite of women’s gear and new lineup of men’s heads, the brand is at the forefront of its biggest year to date with new equipment slated for Fall. Tyrrell joins a growing list of elite women’s and men’s lacrosse athletes as well as thirteen college lacrosse programs in the Gait Lacrosse Family.
