Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:
1. The fallout from the NCAA’s decision to grant eligibility to spring student-athletes continues. This time, the big news comes from Princeton.
According to a report — and later confirmed to US Lacrosse Magazine — Princeton will not allow spring athletes to withdraw from classes and return in 2021. Just a few hours after the news broke, Michael Sowers entered the NCAA’s transfer portal.
More on the situation here.
2. Princeton might not be the only Ivy League institution to go this route. Sources told Inside Lacrosse that Yale is trending toward doing the same. A source also said Penn would follow suit, though another source was unaware of a decision.
3. According to this report, the ACC could prevent seniors from returning, too.

4. Other players across the country are returning, however. Gerard Arceri and Colby Kneese will both be back in Happy Valley in 2021, joining Mac O’Keefe.
