Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:
1. Matt Rambo earns another accolade.
Rambo, the PLL MVP and champion with the Whipsnakes, was named No. 1 in the league’s top 50 rankings, as voted on by the players.
The list rounded out with nine of the top 10 players having worn the U.S. jersey in a world championship. Learn more about the top 50 in our breakdown.
2. Boston College women’s lacrosse released its 2020 schedule on Thursday. The ACC slate is tough as usual, but an intriguing nonconference matchup with Northwestern comes on April 15.
3. The NLL is back tomorrow.
The Philadelphia Wings will make their 2020 debut against the Georgia Swarm on Saturday at 7 p.m. ET. Check out the Wings’ season preview and head to “What's On Tap” for more.
4. US Lacrosse’s Coach Development Program is using LaxFit to teach fellow coaches how to run effective dynamic warm-ups. Check out Phase One of the LaxFit system, designed for injury prevention.
