Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:
1. Isaiah Davis-Allen lives an Instagram-worthy life.
Davis-Allen, nicknamed IDA by his Chesapeake Bayhawks teammates, is a motorcycle-riding twenty-something who lives in and works as a project engineer for a commercial construction company. It’s a glamorous yet old school for Davis-Allen, who will suit for the MLL’s 20th season starting this weekend.
Meanwhile, the Bayhawks hit the field Thursday for training in Annapolis.

2. Dylan Molloy is ready to lead the New York Lizards offense.
With Rob Pannell gone for the PLL, Molloy is the easy choice to be the focal point of the Lizards’ offense. Molloy spent the pandemic at home on Long Island working with fellow teammates when he could. Now, he’s ready to help lift a young group of attackmen to new heights.
More on Molloy’s impact with New York, which kicked off training at Navy Marine-Corps Stadium on Thursday.

3. Duke announced a class of 10 players will use their extra year of eligibility.
Headlined by JT Giles-Harris, goalie Turner Uppgren and attackman Joey Manown, the loaded returning class will join transfer Michael Sowers and a strong freshman class that includes No.1 recruit Brennan O’Neill. The announcement confirms reports made by USLM and other outlets that Giles-Harris and Sowers would join the Blue Devils.
Check out the full class, revealed on Duke’s Twitter.
