Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. The U.S. Women’s U19 team is headed to US Lacrosse headquarters today to start a training weekend ahead of the U19 World Championships in August.

In addition to practices, the training team will battle a squad of select WPLL and U.S. senior team players in an exhibition on Saturday night. The exhibition is open to the public, so bring a friend or two and check it out.

2. Ryan Conrad had a wild week.

He started by winning the national championship with Virginia on Memorial Day. Six days later, he suited up for Atlas LC in the opening weekend of the Premier Lacrosse League. More on his journey to pro lacrosse.

3. MLL stars are excited about the opportunity to play a full season with teammates coming from the NLL. The decision to move the start date of the 2019 season to June has helped NLL players like Dillon Ward, Zed Williams and Randy Staats make a smooth transition to the MLL.

4. The “Way Early” men’s Division I rankings looked at spots 6-10 yesterday. NCAA tournament teams like Syracuse, Notre Dame, Johns Hopkins and Penn fall at the end of the top 10. Denver also finds itself in the group.

5. Fairfield men's lacrosse has not hired a new head coach, at least not yet. After College Crosse reported that Yale assistant Andrew Baxter will be named the next head coach of the Stags, the school released this statement.
