Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:
1. One week until Fall Classic.
The lacrosse community will converge on US Lacrosse headquarters for the three-day event running from Oct. 18-20. Catch the U.S. national team face off with Canada and NCAA champions Maryland women’s lacrosse and Virginia men’s lacrosse.
Can’t make it? Don’t worry. Lax Sports Network is streaming all 10 games at Fall Classic.
2. Molly Garrett sure is excited for Fall Classic.
Garrett, the Michigan women’s lacrosse star, got the invite to join Team USA after competing at a training weekend over the summer. Garrett has been a workhorse for the Wolverines after moving from recruit to leader.
Molly Garrett is getting stronger.
