Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:
1. Our college fall ball coverage continued Thursday with an early look at Marquette men’s lacrosse under first-year head coach Andrew Stimmel — who sounds a lot like some of his former bosses — and a story on the unique IWLCA-One Love Foundation collaboration to stage six clinics with more than 60 women’s coaches on the same weekend while educating young women about healthy and unhealthy relationships.
2. U.S. team coaches John Danowski (field) and Regy Thorpe (indoor) will be among featured speakers to the 2020 US Lacrosse Convention (Lax Con), US Lacrosse announced Thursday. Lax Con is Jan. 10-12 in Philadelphia. Fan Fest tickets went on sale Wednesday.
