1. Rookie Dempsey Arsenault put on a show as the Brave scored the final four goals of the game to rally past the Fight 13-12 in the championship game of the Women’s Professional Lacrosse League.

2. Major League Lacrosse’s All-Star game was on fire, but Team Ice beat Team Fire 16-15 in overtime with Lyle Thompson connecting with Brendan Sunday for the game-winner. Dylan Molloy was the MVP.

3. The Premier Lacrosse League travelled to Denver for the weekend and Chaos LC topped Whipsnakes LC 13-12 in the marquee game of the weekend to create a tie at the top of the league standings with three regular season games to go. Deemer Class scored the game-winner.

4. The U.S. Women’s U19 team is holding a final mini-camp before crossing the border to Canada tomorrow for the world championship. Tonight, they’ll scrimmage a Buffalo-area collegiate all-star team at 7:30 at Niagara University.
