Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:
1. It's the heart of Fall Ball season and our longtime photographer Kevin P. Tucker was on hand in Piscataway, N.J. for a three-way scrimmage featuring host Rutgers, Massachusetts and Navy. Inside Lacrosse has more from the event.
2. Speaking of Fall Ball, Marquette will wrap up its fall season with a Monday event. Why Monday? Marquette treated its fall schedule as a dress rehearsal for getting to Memorial Day Monday.
The Golden Eagles conclude fall ball tomorrow morning with a full squad scrimmage at Valley Fields. #WeAreMarquette https://t.co/KoTmIQassk

3. Niagara made the most of its trip to the Mid-Atlantic, which included a stop at US Lacrosse for a scrimmage day.
Lots of progress on a great trip to Maryland and DC! Tough competition, saw the sights and battled as a team! Thank you @HoyasWLax @StanfordWLax @DU_WLAX @GW_Lacrosse for a great weekend! #purplepride #bettereveryday pic.twitter.com/lCan1NzXMv

4. Princeton had a hyped recruiting class last year and the Tigers lived up to the billing. Kyla Sears and company should battle for Ivy supremacy and more in 2019.
5. Important blog from US Lacrosse staff member Charlie Obermayer on the negative effects of poor sportsmanship in our sport...to the tune of losing more than 1,000 officials.
6. Fun times in the snow as the Denver Outlaws celebrated their 2018 Major League Lacrosse championship this weekend. The Outlaws got their rings on Saturday and wrapped it up with recognition at the Broncos game on Sunday.

8. Interesting thread on Twitter with former Boston University and Team USA assistant coach Liz Robertshaw, essentially boiling down to the overemphasis of results versus development for younger players.
Quick observation from fall ball- if women’s lacrosse players were taught the importance of structured clears and not just running up field when they were younger, this game would be so much easier for them. #laxthoughts #teachstrategyoverspeed

Our writer, Matt Hamilton, was in Utah the last few days doing legwork on a story that will run in the January print publication. An intra-squad scrimmage on Saturday generated plenty of excitement for the new Division I program.
