Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:
1. Chaos reigns supreme at the PLL Championship Game.
Chaos LC, behind six points from Dhane Smith, four goals from Chase Fraser and 15 saves from Blaze Riorden, took down Whipsnakes 14-9 to win its first PLL title game and prevent the Whips’ from winning its third straight championship.
Check out Jack Goods’ recap of the title game here.
The celebration was a long time coming, to say the least.

2. Blaze Riorden reaches the pinnacle
Riorden, who led Chaos to the PLL title game last year, entered this season with a chip on his shoulder and left it with plenty of hardware. The Chaos goalie took home the PLL MVP award and Goalie of the Year at a Saturday night award ceremony.
Hours later, his 15 saves proved crucial to hold off Whipsnakes and earn his Championship Game MVP honors.

3. The Nation United Women’s Lacrosse Summit was a success.
The 66-player women’s lacrosse program comprised of upperclassmen (2022/2023) and underclassmen (2024-2025) took to USA Lacrosse headquarters for an action-packed weekend featuring classroom sessions for the players, as well as a play day in which Nation United teams will compete against top club talent.
