Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:
1. Yesterday was the 34th annual National Girls & Women in Sports Day. Throughout the day, US Lacrosse celebrated with tweets, videos and inspirational quotes from some of the leading voices in the game. The theme — Lead Her Forward — was also used as a hashtag on social media. Below are just a few examples of how US Lacrosse spread the word. You can read about the initiative here.

3. In other news, Eastern Nazarene College announced plans to add both men’s and women’s lacrosse, according to the college’s official website. In the 2020-21 academic year, the teams will compete as club programs with NCAA Division III sponsorship beginning the following year.
