Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:
1. US Lacrosse announced the 2018 National Lacrosse Hall of Fame class yesterday, and what a class it is. The 2018 inductees are Kevin Cassese, Leigh Buck Friedman, A.J. Haugen, Alex Kahoe, Phyllis Kilgour, David Morrow, Ryan Powell, Denise Wescott and Tami Worley. There was plenty of love being shared by the lacrosse community.
3x First-Team All American midfielder at @jhumenslacrosse, All-World member of Team USA, and perennial MLL All-Star, AJ Haugen, has been selected to the National Lacrosse HOF. I used to pretend I was AJ while practicing in the backyard. Congrats, brother. pic.twitter.com/IHC8hDx7UX

2. Speaking of Hall of Famers, Skip Lichtfuss, a 1993 inductee into the Hall, was named by US Lacrosse as the director of national teams and high performance.
Incredible man and leader! Grateful for opportunity I had to work under coach. Exciting hire for @USLacrosse https://t.co/ovV4El62QW

3. Eighteen years in the making, James Madison is back in the final four, and facing a familiar foe.
4. From Utah to the defending national champions, Maryland freshman Bubba Fairman is making an impact.
5. Back-to-back goals with his team on the ropes against Johns Hopkins has thrust Duke freshman Nakeie Montgomery into the national spotlight.
6. Kali Hartshorn emerged as Maryland's draw specialist last year and now the sophomore has become one of the Terps lethal weapons.
7. The NESCAC has been a major player since its schools were allowed by the league to participate in NCAA postseason play. Add Wesleyan to the list as John Raba, in his 22nd year as the Cardinals coach, takes the school to its first title game appearance.
8. Albany's relaxed atmosphere has been well chronicled and has made the Great Danes a crowd favorite. But is there a better way to ingratiate yourself to a New England crowd than connecting with Dunkin Donuts?
LAX Coach Marr is at a Latham DD this afternoon, surprising guests in celebration of Iced Coffee Day and the Great Danes advancing to the semi-finals!
