1. The U.S. men’s indoor team is moving onto the semifinals of the World Indoor Lacrosse Championship after beating the Czech Republic 17-3 last night. The U.S. plays the Iroquois Nationals tonight in the semifinals at 8 pm (Eastern) on Lax Sports Network.

Connor Kelly put his speed on his display in a eight-point effort. Kelly has 16 points in two games since joining the squad after helping the Whipsnakes win the PLL championship.

2. Team USA star Taylor Cummings visited WMAR-TV (ABC affiliate in Baltimore) for a Midday Maryland segment that will promote next month’s Fall Classic.

3. Former Marquette women’s lacrosse player Alex Gambacorta writes about the importance of addressing mental health in this week’s IWCLA “Behind the Whistle” blog.
