1. In the lone Division I lacrosse game on Monday, Florida opened American Athletic Conference play with a 19-12 win at Cincinnati. Emma LoPinto scored five goals as the Gators won their sixth straight game.
2. There was also a rare National Lacrosse League game on Monday and Colorado pulled away for a 10-7 victory over New York. Eli McLaughlin scored four goals and Dillon Ward made 35 saves.
3. The latest Nike/USA Lacrosse rankings came out on Monday for NCAA lacrosse.
