Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:
1. The Whipsnakes continued their playoff mastery of the Redwoods, with Matt Rambo delivering the back-breaker. Jack Goods with more on that game and the quarterfinals in his weekly Premier Lacrosse League notebook.
2. Athletes Unlimited will be back for a second season. The organization’s CEO Jon Patricof made the announcement on Monday morning and Becca Block was named the league’s top defensive player.
3. Kyle Harrison’s professional lacrosse career came to an end over the weekend. We’ll have more on that later today, but here are just a few of the many tributes paid to him.

I had a cup of coffee with a Kyle Harrison team, but to this day he treats me like a close friend. Genuinely cares about anyone and everyone in the game of lacrosse. Iconic player, and somehow better guy. Special. Enjoy retirement legend. #K18

A generational talent that motivated countless players and changed the sport. I’m happy I got to wear red, white, & blue with you. I’m humbled & honored I got to spend what little season I had in the same locker room as you this past season. Kyle congrats on an amazing career. pic.twitter.com/Es2i4vSaIF
