1. U.S. U19 women's national team is heading to Peterborough, Ontario today in preparation for the World Championships. Last night, it competed in an exhibition at Niagara University. Caitlyn Wurzburger put on a show.

2. The hero of the MLL All-Star game wore No. 24, but it wasn't legend John Grant Jr. Atlanta Blaze rookie Brendan Sunday scored the game-winning goal to give Team Ice the victory over Team Fire in an exciting exhibition.

3. Chaos made sure the race for first place will go down to the wire, topping Whipsnakes to move into a tie for the top spot in the PLL.

4. Former Marquette defenseman Nick Grill will transfer to Maryland, according to Inside Lacrosse. Grill, entering his senior year, was an All-Big East selection in 2019.
