1. US Lacrosse stands against racial injustice.
The national governing body of lacrosse issued a statement on the recent events surrounding the death of George Floyd. Read the full statement here.

US Lacrosse joined companies, coaches, players and others around the lacrosse community in condemning racism in our sport and beyond. Names like Trevor Baptiste, Nat St. Laurent, Greg Gurenlian, Taylor Cummings and more made their voices heard on Monday.

2. The NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Rules Committee officially announced proposed rule changes ahead of the 2021 season, namely eliminating the motorcycle grip and having both players start faceoffs with only their feet, gloves and sticks touching the ground.
The committee will now seek feedback from members over the next two weeks before bringing the proposal to the Oversight Panel. News of the proposed rule changes dropped last week, and the reaction was split. Read more on how the rule changes will affect the faceoff.
3. Jeremy Redmon is a journalist by trade, but a lacrosse official for enjoyment. He covered heavy topics like shootings, wars and hurricanes, and he has used refereeing lacrosse as an outlet to help him cope.
Now that the COVID-19 pandemic has wiped out the sport, Redmon spends his time reporting and hoping for a return. He penned a powerful article titled “No Medicine Games During the Pandemic.”
4. Devon Wills joined Paul Carcaterra on "Overtime" Season 3, Episode 16.
Wills, the Harvard women's lacrosse head coach, wrapped a storied career with a gold medal in 2017. The Colorado native grew up playing hockey before transitioning to lacrosse, eventually excelling at Dartmouth. The three-time U.S. national team member shared plenty of stories from her career.
