Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. US Lacrosse is celebrating Native American Heritage Month with a series of stories.

We kicked off our celebration of the month with a candid conversation with Lyle Thompson, as told to Matt Hamilton. The story — entirely in Thompson’s own words — touches upon several topics, including sovereignty, misappropriation and so much more.

It’s a must-read conversation. But don’t take our word for it. Take the lacrosse community’s.

2. Emily Pepe is the new women’s lacrosse coach at DeSales.

Pepe, the second coach in program history, spent the past four seasons as an assistant at NYIT, helping the program to a 45-16 record.
