Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:
1. Free movement is coming to high school girls' lacrosse in 2020. The rule change was one of 12 approved by the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) and US Lacrosse (USL) Girls’ Lacrosse Rules Committee.
The girls' lacrosse community reacted positively to the news.

3. For Virginia men’s lacrosse, the NCAA championship was a long time coming. Lars Tiffany and the Cavaliers had been building the momentum for three years, and it finally paid off on Memorial Day.
Go in-depth of the culture-building process Tiffany and his program endured to reach the pinnacle of the sport.
4. The Atlanta Blaze picked up Mark Matthews from the New York Lizards. Matthews totaled four goals and three assists in seven games with New York and starred with Atlanta in 2016-2017.
