Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:
1. An upset by Bridgewater-Raritan (N.J.) over then-No. 2 Ridgewood (N.J.) in the Garden State's Group 4 semifinals last week highlighted several changes in the Nike/US Lacrosse High School Girls' Top 25 and regional rankings as northeastern teams begin to wrap up state tournaments.
2. There's still much to be decided in the Nike/US Lacrosse High School Boys' Top 25 and regional rankings, but we know Jamesville-DeWitt (N.Y.) is peaking at the right time. The Red Rams have won 17 straight games and will play Palmyra-Macedon in a state semifinal.
3. The Epoch/US Lacrosse High School Players of the Week have been announced for girls and boys.
4. We continued way-early 2018 preseason college rankings with a look at the No. 16-20 teams in NCAA Division I men’s and women’s play.
5. The Federation of International Lacrosse has added Greece as its 57th member. Opa!
