1. Justin Feil takes a deeper look and player reactions to the World Lacrosse trial rules after the U.S. – Canada exhibitions following the Fall Classic.

3. Our annual Best of Lax voting opened today with a look at the top men’s players from 2019: Grant Ament, Matt Rambo, Pat Spencer and Lyle Thompson. Who gets your vote?

4. Longtime college head coach Tracy Coyne, most notably at Notre Dame, will be the new head coach at St. Francis (Pa.) University. Coyne, the 2006 IWLCA National Coach of the Year, has 287 career victories.
5. It’s not often that you hear someone willing to prepare sushi to help attract people to a coaches talk, but that was some of the fun Matt Bocklet generated when he shared his anxiousness at speaking before Team USA and Duke head coach John Danowksi at the US Lacrosse West Regional Conference next month.
You can’t blame @Bocko7 for being a little nervous. When he makes his presentation at the US Lacrosse West Regional Conference in Las Vegas next month, the guy on deck is pretty intimidating - @USAMLax and three-time national champion coach John Danowski: https://t.co/x50UGh40NL https://t.co/X08FW5ZuSV
