Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. The latest in our Fall Ball Focus series highlights Abby Hormes, the High Point star who doesn’t grab the headlines of other top NCAA talents.

Hormes is returning to High Point for a fifth season, even though she had the opportunity to test the transfer portal.

More from Justin Feil here.

2. Jen Nardi has been named Hartford’s women’s lacrosse coach.

Nardi comes from Manhattanville, where she was the head coach from 2018-21 and compiled 21 wins. After competing at the Division I level for its first four season of the program, Hartford will compete as a Division III team moving forward.

More here.

3. There’s NLL news incoming.

Based on this tweet from NLL commissioner Nick Sakiewicz, it looks like schedules are on the way.

4. Keeping with the NLL, Lyle Thompson signed a new two-year deal with the Swarm.
