Fred Opie is an author and former Syracuse University and U.S. National Lacrosse team player growing integrity, effort, and care on and off the field.

Host Fred Opie interviews IMG Academy and Iroquois National Team Coach Mark Burnam, AKA Red. A native of the city of Syracuse, he talks about the 1980 Henninger (N.Y.) High School state championship team he played on and playing for the Iroquois National team.

He talks about his coaching roles with the Iroquois Nationals and IMG Academy, and shares lessons from his post 50 view on life.

Fred and Mark were college teammates at Syracuse University.
