PRESENTED BY TRAINING LACE

What’s been the proudest moment of your career?

Winning the national championship. It wasn’t just special for our team, but for the coaches and guys that came before us that built the program to where it is now.

What’s the biggest obstacle you’ve overcome?

My older brothers when I was a kid.

What’s one thing you can’t live without?

I drank chocolate milk like it was water when I was younger and not much has changed.

If you could marry a celebrity, who would it be?

Jennifer Aniston. She ages like fine wine.

If you could meet anyone, dead or alive, who would it be?

Dave Matthews. I follow his concert tour around Upstate New York every year and he’s one of the most interesting guys in any interview he does.

What is your favorite inspirational quotation?

“If you ain’t first, you’re last.” – Ricky Bobby

What is your favorite hobby?

I enjoy playing golf as much as I can, but definitely need to work on the short game.

What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done?

I rode my bike with Lance Armstrong and had dinner with him.

What’s on your bucket list?

I’ve got a lot of Irish blood in me, so a trip to Ireland is definitely my top choice.

OVERTIME from MLL All-Star and U.S. indoor hopeful Davey Emala:

What are some specific things you do in your training (outside of sprints) to help with your conditioning?

Rowing is an effective exercise that I do to help with conditioning and hit muscles that aren’t always activated in running.

DOUBLE OVERTIME from Instagram user @battmohmer:

Pancakes or waffles?

I definitely have to go with chocolate chip pancakes over waffles.

If you could be someone famous for a day, who would you want to be?
