The top six teams remain unchanged in the Nike/USA Lacrosse Division II Women’s Top 20, as they flexed their collective muscles with a combined 11-0 record last week. For the third straight week, undefeated Queens sits at the top. The Royals are one of six teams that have yet to lose, with five of those unbeaten squads residing among the top six in the poll.

Just behind those teams is No. 7 Grand Valley State, which extended its winning streak to 10 games and jumped two spots in this week’s poll. Lurking just outside of the top 10 is undefeated Embry-Riddle, which is off to the best start in program history with an 11-0 record. The Eagles face their biggest challenge of the year with a game against No. 5 Rollins on Wednesday.

Other games of note this week include No. 8 West Chester at No. 14 Mercy, No. 20 Davenport at No. 10 Lindenwood and No. 11 Florida Southern at No. 5 Rollins.

Grand Valley State (+2)

With wins over conference rivals Davenport and Northern Michigan last week, the Lakers have now won 10 straight since their only loss of the year, a six-goal setback at No. 2 UIndy four weeks ago. GVSU has tallied 64 goals over its last three games and appears to be on track to secure the No. 1 seed in the GLIAC tournament at the end of this month.

Roberts Wesleyan (+3)

RWC returned to ECC play with a strong win over St. Thomas Aquinas amidst some April snow in Rochester on Sunday, with Madison Bell leading the way with four goals and six assists. That victory, combined with losses by many of the teams in front of them in the poll, helped the Redhawks jump three spots this week.

Le Moyne (-2)

The Dolphins have been hard to figure of late, surviving a brutal four-game gauntlet to start the year, but following that with a pair of recent NE10 losses. The latest came at home against unranked New Haven, snapping Le Moyne’s 41-game winning streak on their home field that dates back to 2015. New Haven outscored the Dolphins 5-2 in the fourth quarter, including three goals in the closing five minutes, to secure the come-from-behind victory.

Wingate (No. 18)

The Bulldogs move into the ranking for the first time this year after collecting three more SAC wins over the past 10 days. Wingate was picked to finish third in the preseason SAC coaches’ poll but is 5-1 in league play, with its only loss coming against top-ranked Queens. Now 9-2 overall, Wingate’s only other loss was against No. 11 Florida Southern.

St. Rose (No. 19)

The Golden Knights registered what may be the biggest win in the program’s brief three-year history, a 16-15 victory on Saturday over then-No. 19 Bentley. A career-high five goals by sophomore Kaitlyn Jolly helped lead the way for St. Rose, which finished 1-11 last year and was tabbed 13th among 14 teams in this year’s NE10 preseason coaches’ poll.

Bentley (was No. 19)

After a 3-1 start, the Falcons have lost two of their last three, including Saturday’s NE10 setback against St. Rose. Bentley has a chance to regain some momentum with three of its next four at home, including matchups with No. 4 Adelphi and No. 15 Pace.

Southern New Hampshire (was No. 20)

SNHU dropped back-to-back conference games last week, including a 19-9 loss at No. 15 Pace despite a career-high five goals by Shelby Cole.
