Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. A top senior midfielder has flipped his commitment.

Hudson Hausmann of Brunswick (Conn.), the No. 6 recruit in last year’s Inside Lacrosse Top 50 junior rankings, will no longer head to Brown. Instead, the midfielder has committed to Virginia — giving the Cavaliers yet another five-star prospect.

Ty Xanders detailed the not-so-ordinary way in which Hausmann told the Brown staff of his decision. Instead of picking up the phone, Hausmann and his father made the multiple-hour drive to Brown to tell them in person.
