Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. U.S. women’s box training team named.

The training team for the 2024 U.S. women’s box program includes gold-medal experience from the field game and a number of current college players.

2. Making an impact in 2024

The cancelation of the 2020 season due to COVID continues to impact collegiate lacrosse. Here are some of the transfers expected to make an impact in NCAA Division I men’s lacrosse in 2024.

3. Run a mile, and then some, in their shoes.

George Mason conducted a 16-week study to evaluate the physical workload demands of its Division I women’s lacrosse athletes. Athletes covered roughly 124 miles over the course of the season.

4. It’s getting close to championship time.

The Premier Lacrosse League is embracing Philadelphia’s history as it gets ready for Sunday’s championship game between the Archers and the Waterdogs.
