Four players have been added to the U.S. Men’s National Team roster for the USA Lacrosse Fall Classic this weekend in Sparks, Md.
Attackmen Chris Aslanian (Cannons LC/Hobart ’19) and Xander Dickson (Atlas LC/Virginia ’23), long pole Ryan McNulty (Chaos LC/Loyola ’22) and midfielder Jeff Trainor (Cannons LC/UMass ’21) will make their national team debut Friday night when the U.S. hosts rival Canada in a World Lacrosse Men’s Championship gold medal game rematch at Tierney Field.
They were added to the player pool after midfielders Justin Anderson and Jack Hannah, defenseman Gavin Adler and attackman Grant Ament withdrew from the event. Click here for the original roster announcement.
In addition to the game against Canada (Friday, 7:30 p.m. EST), the U.S. will play NCAA semifinalist Penn State (Saturday, 3 p.m. EST).
Both games will be among more than a dozen streamed live this weekend on the USA Lacrosse YouTube channel. Tickets for the Fall Classic are still available, with presale closing Thursday and walk-ups welcome.
