Ohio State senior goalie Tom Carey helped lead the Buckeyes to big wins over Towson and Denver last week, allowing him to earn Epoch / US Lacrosse National Player of the Week honors.
On Wednesday, in frigid conditions, Carey made eight saves as the Buckeyes downed Towson 6-3. He followed that up with an 11-save performance while allowing just six goals in Ohio State's 16-7 win over Denver.
