After going scoreless for nearly 50 minutes, Tewaaraton finalist Megan Whittle erupted for three goals in the final 10:32 to lead top-seeded Maryland to a 17-15 comeback win over Navy in an NCAA quarterfinal game in College Park. Goalie Megan Taylor made three point-blank saves during a torrid second-half stretch to help the Terps escape with a victory and advance to the NCAA semifinals for the 10th straight year.
