Navy scored two goals in the final 10 seconds of the game to pull off a stunning 13-12 victory over Syracuse in a game highlighted by the faceoff duel between brothers Joe Varello (Navy) and Danny Varello (Sryacuse). Navy's Joe Varello was the hero, winning the final faceoff of the game and then scoring the winning goal with just two tenths of a second left on the clock.

Navy's Jack Ray had four goals and two assists and scored the game-tying goal to set up Joe Varello's winner. Joe Varello won 16-of-27 faceoffs in the game. Stephen Rehfuss had a goal and six assists for Syracuse. Photos by Rich Barnes.
