No. 3 Northwestern improved to 10-2 with a 17-9 win over Penn on Sunday in which Lauren Gilbert and Jill Girardi each produced four goals and one assist. Girardi also controlled eight draws as the Wildcats won their sixth straight game. Northwestern is now 10-2 with its losses coming against No. 1 North Carolina and No. 2 Boston College. Anna Brandt led Penn with three goals in the game played at historic Franklin Field.
