West Chester started the 2022 season with a strong 14-6 victory over Mercyhurst behind five goals from Keri Barnett and four goals from Hannah Stanislawczyk. After giving up the first goal, West Chester reeled off seven straight goals and remained in control the rest of the way. Lindsay Monigle added a goal and four assists for the Golden Rams offense while Mercyhurst got a pair of goals from Victoria Gottoroff. West Chester will now be idle until a big home showdown against Adelphi on March 12.
