Rob Pannell isn’t the only pro lacrosse star set to make his Premier Lacrosse League debut.
The PLL released Tuesday a list (below) of 16 players that will be available for selection in the March 16 entry draft. Pannell, the 2018 Major League Lacrosse MVP and two-time All-World attackman, stands out. But the list also includes two-time All-World goalie Dillon Ward, two-time U.S. team defenseman Jesse Bernhardt, MLL MVP finalist Zach Currier and All-World defenseman Ryland Rees.
The entry draft is for veteran players who did not participate in the PLL’s inaugural season. Waterdogs LC, an expansion team, will have the first pick. The draft order was determined by a lottery ball selection March 4.
