The USA Lacrosse Players of the Week recognize the most outstanding individual performances in high school girls’ lacrosse in each of the five regions — Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, South, Midwest and West — outlined in our high school coverage. The South Region has completed its season.

NORTHEAST

Graham Straface, Nashoba Regional (Mass.)

The Quinnipiac-bound junior attacker had a huge week for Nashoba Regional with 20 points over the course of the last three games. She tallied seven goals and two assists against Tyngsboro (Mass.) and had two goals and an assist against St. Bernards (Mass.) before capping her outstanding week with seven goals and an assist against North Middlesex (Mass.) on Friday. Straface, who has been recognized as a Central Massachusetts All-Star, has 129 career points with a year remaining in her stellar high school career.

MID-ATLANTIC

Anna Brown, Unionville (Pa.)

The sophomore midfielder scored five goals and added an assist to help fifth-seeded Unionville upend third-seeded Garnet Valley (Pa.) 9-3 for the District 1 AAA championship on Friday. It’s the first district crown for the Longhorns since 1992. Garnet Valley had defeated Unionville 10-3 in the regular season two weeks earlier. Brown also scored seven goals in a 13-9 upset of top-seeded and unbeaten Conestoga (Pa.) in the district semifinals May 25.

MIDWEST

Ellie Lazzaretto, Loyola Academy (Ill.)

Another week, another set of hat tricks for Lazzaretto. The Duke commit had seven goals and five draw controls against Lyons Township (Ill.), then tacked on four goals against Hinsdale Central (Ill.), one of the top teams in the region. Lazzaretto finished the week with 16 goals and 10 draw controls in three games for the undefeated Ramblers.

WEST

Kendall Keblish, Park City (Utah)

The senior totaled 12 goals and two assists in the UHSAA/Mountain America final four last week to lead Park City to the state title, completing a perfect season at 19-0 overall. Keblish amassed seven goals, one assist and five ground balls in the final, a 17-11 win over Waterford (Utah) on Friday. She finished the season with 99 goals and 23 assists.
