High School Lacrosse Rankings

The Midwest Region rankings look a lot different with three newcomers occupying the last three spots.

Three of the five regions in boys' lacrosse have new teams in the Top 10.

Salesianum (Del.) is up to No. 4 after taking No. 2 Lawrenceville (N.J.) to overtime.
