Grant Process

Eligibility and Application

All prospective applicants are encouraged to carefully review the Grant Eligibility Guidelines and Grant Calendar. Applications must be thoughtfully completed in full for consideration.

Acceptance and Forms

Grant communications are sent via email and all subsequent acceptances, contracts, and forms are accessible through the online grant portal. All form deadlines are firm and required to proceed through the grant process.

Fulfillment and Reporting

Grants are fulfilled following the completion of Fulfillment Forms. These forms collect order details, mailing addresses, and grant details. After the receipt of grant equipment, funds, etc., all grantees are required to complete a Post-Grant Reflection. This survey provides invaluable insights into the grant experience and guides USA Lacrosse in analysis and reporting efforts.
