Peter Milliman served as an assistant coach for the 2019 U.S. men's box team, which won a bronze medal at the world championship. He had previous international coaching experience after leading the Russian national team at the 2014 world championship in field lacrosse.

Former U.S. team player Regy Thorpe led the United States to the bronze medal at the 2019 World Indoor Lacrosse Championship, serving as the team's head coach and will lead the team again at the 2024 World Lacrosse championship.

A big figure in both men's and women's lacrosse, Thorpe has spent the last three years as an assistant coach with the University of Florida women's team, helping the Gators reach the final four in 2024. Before heading to Florida, he helped the University of Pittsburgh program get started.

Kari Kindschi will be working with a U.S. national team for the second time. She also served on the 2019 U.S. Women’s U19 National Team that won a world championship in Peterborough, Ontario. Kindschi, MD, CAQSM, is board certified in family medicine and fellowship trained in sports medicine. She specializes in the nonoperative treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and is an expert in medical issues that are specific to sports and exercise in athletes and active patients of all ages and skill levels. Through MedStar Sports Medicine, Dr.

Jay Dyer serves as the strength and conditioning coach for all of the U.S. men's and women's senior and U20 national teams.

He is also in his 20th season as the strength and conditioning coach for the Johns Hopkins men’s lacrosse team. Dyer works with the team throughout the year and is also responsible for producing the team’s summer conditioning program.

Angela McMahon, an assistant coach on the 2019 U.S. women’s U19 staff, is serving as the manager for the 2024 U.S. Women's U20 National Team.
